Burn the Fat Review
Burn the fat was written by a natural body builder (without the use of steroids) by the name of Tom Venuto. Burn the fat, feed the muscle is another #1 seller on the internet and has helped thousands of people achieve their weight loss goals. The common theme of this eBook is about failed “fad” diets, correct ways of eating, and how to correctly exercise. Within this review I will be talking about the author, the eBook, and some final thoughts.
Tom Venuto been involved in almost every aspect of the health and fitness industry since 1989, he is a personal trainer, nutrition consultant, fitness model, and health club manager. He is also a well noted writer and has his publications in magazines such as Natural bodybuilding, Men’s Fitness, Exercise for Men, and Oprah Magazine. Burn the Fat eBook:
The thing that is really good about this eBook is its ease of use, Tom is an excellent writer and he is able to convey his message without making you bored or want to skip pages. He sticks to science without using the scientific jargon. Even though this book was written by a bodybuilder it is for everybody and it will assist you in having the body you have always dreamed of.
The introduction is straight forward, he talks about why he has written this eBook and some of his beliefs in different areas of the health field. He explains that while losing weight is simple from an intellectual perspective, it actually takes time and dedication to lose those pounds permanently. As a society we have become to accustom to instant gratification and Tom talks about how/why it is so profitable for these big companies to promote the “lose 30lbs in 30 days” type scams.
Mindset:
One thing that I absolutely love about Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is Tom’s goal setting chapter (which so happens to be the first). He goes into detail about how we need to have the correct mindset about weight loss if we are ever going to lose weight and keep it off. He helps you define why exactly you want to lose weight, and he even gives you some affirmations that you can say to yourself to get you pumped up. Also you will learn the importance of tracking your results on a weekly basis, so that you can adjust and change things while you are on your journey.
Nutrition:
The nutrition section of this eBook is very extensive and he breaks it down into several different chapters. He goes through why each food group is important to us and how to use them for losing weight. With this guide you will have a firm understanding on exactly how many meals you should eat a day and when to eat. The point of this is to naturally speed up your metabolism to promote weight loss and muscle growth.
Fitness:
In the fitness section of Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle, Tom explains the importance of both cardio training along side with weight training. The great thing about this section of the eBook is that Tom goes into details on some of the secrets to the body building world, even though they are built for bulk you cannot deny that a natural bodybuilder’s physique looks very good. Even if that much bulk is not for you, you have the peace of mind that you can adjust the workout routine to something that you are comfortable with. He gives you many different exercises and a weekly schedule that you can start following today.
In closing:
I find that Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is an excellent eBook for only $39.95, he gives you some great bonuses as well with this price. Such as, how to measure your body fat, what foods promote weight loss, and what food promote weight gain. Tom conveys himself with honesty and integrity and I will take that any day over something that sounds gimmicky. Get Burn the Fat Here.
