Combat the Fat is a health and fitness eBook written by Jeff Anderson. He claims that his product will help you lose 2-4lbs a week, so I had to see if this claim was legit. The common theme of this eBook is that you need to eat and exercise right in order to lose weight. Below is a detailed review of Combat the Fat and I will be talking about the author, his eBook, and some final thoughts.

About the author:

jeff andersonJeff Anderson is an ex-military fitness trainer and his main goal is to be able to take his knowledge and help everyone reach their weight loss goals. Jeff is well known as the “Muscle Nerd” and has written quite a few eBooks such as Advanced Mass Building and Optimum Anabolics.

The E-Book

There are three comprehensive guides that complete the package of Combat the Fat. Each guide is broken down into different topics such as nutrition, an exercise workbook, and the “Top Secret” U.S. Military fitness program. It is very easy to read and I liked how Jeff really gets into the role of “being our Commander for our weight loss goals”.

In the fat loss guide you will find out how you can kick start your metabolism and start burning off that fat with little effort. You will also discover how you can increase your energy rates to how it was when you were a teenager! Also you will find tons of different tricks that you can use today to get your body burning fat.

The training guide consists of 87 pages of various workouts, diagrams and photos. Jeff will show you how to do these exercises properly. The workouts focus on bodyweight training, which is a fantastic way to work out if you are a bit overweight. The key thing with bodyweight training is that you will be less likely to injury yourself, because of the fact that you are just lifting what you have.

Inside the nutrition guide you will find out the “8 rules” you must master in order to take control of your diet. Jeff will explain to you how you do not need to count your calories, or stop eating the foods that you love in order to lose weight. Also he will take you by the hand and show you how to schedule out your new fat burning diet (it really isn’t a diet).

Wrapping it up

Combat the Fat can definitely work for anyone, even though he has the tone of a military commander these guides and principles can be used by all. I think that Jeff truly has our best interests in mind and you can tell in the way he conveys his message. Even though he talks about how you can lose weight quickly, I’d just like to set the record straight that you will have to work at this in order to make it work for you. It will always take action in order to lose any amount of weight.
