Now keep the water bottle in the right hand, lift the head and shoulders off the ground and reach across the body, so the bottle is away from the left knee. Do it 20 times. Change sides and repeat.

Tailbone Lifts:

Works: lower ab muscles.

What to do for this get flat abs exercises: Lie on the back, arms stretched direct over the head and legs fully broadened and crossed in the air. Breathe out and lift the tailbone, then slowly lower as one breathe in (don’t just drop — resist on the way down). Do it 30 times.

Inverted Crunches:

What to do: Lie on your stomach and reach your arms out as if you where flying. Breathe out and lift just the right arm and left leg as high as one can. Breathe in and lower, then change, lifting the left arm and right leg. Alternate it, exercising 20 lifts on every side. At last, bring up both arms and legs 20 times.
