Inner Thigh Exercises – Feel The Burn!


I don’t know why but for some reason the inner thighs are absolutely a nightmare to lose weight. It seems like no matter what you do the flab just continues to stick. Fortunately though I have found some great inner thigh exercises that you can try at home or the gym. So don’t worry, you’ll be able to show off your beautiful legs when it’s sunny outside and no longer have to worry about ghastly looking legs.

So lets get right in it… Okay?

I have 3 inner thigh exercises that I’d like to share with you today and the first one is call lying leg abduction this workout is great and you will definitely feel the burn with this one! So what you need to do is lie sideways on a mat or the floor if your okay with that.

Begin by crossing your top leg in front of you, while keeping the leg on the bottom straight. Lift your bottom leg up until your foot is level with the top part of your hip (slightly higher if you can push it further). Then lower your leg until it is a couple of inches away from the floor and raise it once again. Do this for fifteen reps and then switch to the other side.

The next inner thigh workout that I would like to share with you is the inner thigh leg lifts. These are great for really giving a burn on the inside of your legs and just like the lying leg abduction you can either do these on the floor or on a mat.

Start in a semi plank position (same position as the start of a push-up) except it is okay to have your knees on the ground. Next you’ll want to extend your right leg out to your side, begin to rotate your leg forward in small circles, do this for ten repetitions and then do ten repetitions rotating your leg backwards. After you are done switch legs and repeat the process.



The last of the inner thigh exercises that I’m going to share with you is side step lunges. This exercise is an awesome exercise, but just make sure that you don’t go to far or you’ll strain a muscle. If you hear cracking in your knees or if you feel uncomfortable then I suggest you stop immediately.

Start out in a standing position having your feet shoulder width apart. Then take a step to your right and then do a squat. Go back to your standing position and then take a step to your left and do a  squat, repeat this process until you have done 20 repetitions. The important thing to remember with this exercise is to be constantly moving, do not stop until you have completed this workout.



These inner thigh exercises are really great for getting rid of stubborn leg fat. As always remember to stretch before any workout that you may be doing and if you feel like you are pushing yourself to far or fast the best thing to do is slow down. Keeping safe is of the upmost importance as you do not want to hurt yourself!
