Turbulence Training Review

Turbulence Training is an eBook that focuses solely on Craig Ballantyne’s beliefs in working out. The common theme of T.T. is how you can lose weight by doing interval training; you can even do these exercises with no equipment (just bodyweight). There is no fluff or guff in this eBook just the truth about how you can push your body to the limits. Within this review you will find detailed information about the author, his eBook, and some final thoughts.

turbulence trainingAbout the author

Turbulence Training was written by Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Craig Ballantyne. Craig is highly noted for his detailed packed information and you can find some of his great articles in such magazines such as Oxygen, Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, Muscle and Fitness Hers, and Maximum Fitness. His training style also goes against the common beliefs that you have to do long periods of cardio in order to lose body fat.

Turbulence Training E-Book

Be prepared to sweat..

In this book you will find that Craig’s training style is a lot different from the average workout routine guru. He focuses on techniques that will bump up your heart rate fast and keep it there for 20-30 minutes. While some experts will say that you need to work out six or seven days a week, Craig says that you can get it done within three. This is great if you rather spend time with your loved ones, or to just do the things that you would rather be doing instead of being at the gym.

His eBook is quite in-depth and you will find a vast amount of information on various interval exercises that you can do right from your own home. Even though the low numbers like twenty minutes a day, or three times a week may sound like it can be an easy fix to your weight loss problems. Do not be fooled, these exercises will absolutely kick your butt into shape. I found that they are fun and different from the workouts that I do.

Here is a sample of the information that Craig will provide for you.

Some thoughts

I think that Turbulence Training is a great program for those who are serious about their weight loss goals. If you have been working out for a while and are not satisfied with your current results, then this eBook could be the breath of fresh air your body needs. The only real drawback that I see within this eBook is its minimal information on nutrition, because if you are just starting to work out or you are thinking about finally dropping your body fat. You will most definitely want to start with your diet first as without a sound nutrition plan, you may be working out for nothing.
